How to exercise for sagging breasts?

1. Caress your back

3. Chest expansion exercise

4. Open your arms

Move your head forward, stretch your body straight, then make fists with your hands, place your arms in front of your chest, spread your feet and balance them on your shoulders, spread your arms to the left and right, and exert your muscles at the same time.

5. Put your palms together in front of your chest

Put your hands together in front of your chest, concentrate your strength in your palms, and then push hard. Do this about 5 to 8 times a day.

6. Cross your arms

Grab your right arm with your left hand, then straighten it outward and push hard, hold for a few seconds and relax, repeat this action for 5 to 6 minutes.

7. Breathing movements

Sit with your legs slightly bent and close to the ground. Press the inside of your knees with your hands. Inhale and pull your knees apart for 5 to 10 seconds when you exhale.

The simplest and fastest lazy breast massage method

First massage the nipples, knead them with the fingertips to increase their flexibility, then use the fingers of both hands to circle the entire breast tissue, and use appropriate hand strength to push up from the bottom to the nipples for a circular massage. Massage like this for 10 minutes every morning and evening to promote blood and lymphatic circulation, stimulate the ovaries to secrete estrogen, make the chest skin more elastic, and let the breasts grow to achieve the purpose of fullness.

Caressing

Use your left hand to gently caress the right breast, and your right hand to caress the left breast. Do this for 3 minutes. You can caress in a rotating, horizontal, or vertical direction, or alternate between the three. You can caress in any direction without any specific route. These 3 minutes of caressing can stimulate blood circulation and achieve the effect of breast enhancement.
