So as to avoid excessive menstrual bleeding or affecting the normal position of the uterus.

4. It is generally not advisable to swim during menstruation to avoid infection caused by bacteria invading when the self-cleaning function of the reproductive organs is reduced.

5. People with dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia or menstrual disorders should reduce the amount, intensity, and exercise time during menstruation, or even stop exercising.
