It mainly includes boxing, weapons, sparring and group performances.

1. Boxing: Changquan, Taijiquan, Nanquan, Xingyiquan, Baguaquan, Tongbeiquan, Xiangxingquan

2. Weapons: swordplay, fencing, spearplay, and cudgelplay.

3. Sparring: bare-handed sparring, weapon sparring, and bare-handed and weapon sparring.

4. Group performance: It is a group performance of more than six people with bare hands or equipment. The formation and pattern can be changed and musical accompaniment can be used. The formation must be neat and the movements must be coordinated. Combat sports are a form of confrontational exercise in which two people compete with each other's wits under certain conditions and according to certain rules.

Currently, three events are being gradually developed in martial arts competitions: Sanda, Push Hands, and Short Weaponry.

1. Sanda: It is a competitive sport in which two people use kicking, hitting, throwing, grabbing and other methods to defeat each other according to certain rules.

2. Push Hands: It is a competitive event in which two people abide by certain rules and use techniques such as Peng, Lu, Ji, An, Cai Lie, and Elbow Kao. Both sides stick to each other and judge the strength of each other through the feeling of muscles, and then use the strength to push the other party out to decide the winner.

3. Short Weapon: It is a competitive event in which two people hold a short stick-like weapon made of rattan, leather, or cotton and compete in a circular field with a diameter of 16 feet. They use chopping, slashing, stabbing, collapsing, poking, and cutting according to certain rules to decide the winner.
