1. There are no special regulations on the diet of practitioners. You can fill half of your stomach with food, a quarter with water, and keep the remaining quarter empty. That is, don't eat too much to avoid feeling heavy and lazy. Do not eat within one hour before or after practicing yoga, and try to avoid practicing within two hours after a meal;

2. It is not advisable to practice difficult movements six months after surgery and during women's menstrual period;

3. Patients with hypertension, asthma and pregnant women should only perform simple movements;

4. It is better to go barefoot and wear loose and comfortable clothes so that the body can move freely;

5. It is not advisable to practice on a hard floor or a too soft bed. You should lay a mat on the ground when practicing;

6. If you feel exhausted or have cramps while maintaining a certain posture, you should stop the exercise immediately and massage;

7. It is advisable to practice in a quiet, well-ventilated room. The indoor air should be fresh and oxygen can be breathed in freely. You can also practice outdoors, but the environment should be pleasant, such as a garden, and not in strong winds, cold or unclean, smoky air. Do not practice near furniture, stoves or any place that may hinder your practice to avoid accidents, especially when doing headstand, do not practice under an electric fan;

8. You can do the exercise with your eyes open or closed, and focus on the sensations in your body;

9. If possible, eliminate urination and defecation to reduce the burden;

Only by following these yoga practice precautions can you achieve better results, breathe easily, and feel happy physically and mentally. When beginners practice yoga, it is best to follow a professional coach, so that they can perform their yoga movements more accurately and achieve twice the result with half the effort.
