Waist Fitness Exercises

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your hands behind your head, clasping them so your elbows point to the sides. Then, stretch your left knee toward your chest, trying to keep your back off the ground. When your body is about to touch your left knee, twist it toward your right elbow and relax back to the original position. Then switch to the left knee and elbow and repeat 10 times. It takes two minutes to complete the action.

Waist Fitness Exercises II

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms hanging naturally. Then, place your right hand on the right side of your waist and lean your body to the left, bending as far as possible without tensing your muscles. Remember, when doing the movement, keep your hips in the backward direction. After returning to the original position, switch to the other hand and direction. Repeat the movement 10 times on each side, a total of 20 times. It takes two minutes.

Waist Fitness Exercises 3

Stand with your feet apart, stretch your arms forward, bend at the elbows, and twist your body from the waist up, first forward and then right, keeping your hips back. Twist 10 times each way, and do 20 times in two minutes.

Waist Fitness Exercises 4

Lie down with your knees bent. Stretch your arms at both sides of your body, then lift your head and lift your shoulders off the ground as much as possible, but do not tense them. Hold this position for a few seconds, relax, and repeat 10 times. It took two minutes in total.

What I introduced above is the 8-minute aerobics that I learned by myself using the computer. Aerobics does not have an immediate effect. You need to persist for a period of time. The effect is not very obvious at the beginning, and it will take a period of time before it will be effective. You must not be careless at this time. You must maintain it.
