What are the fitness dances?

Fitness and Disease Prevention

Middle-aged and elderly people perform aerobics to the accompaniment of music, including stretching arms, shrugging shoulders, swinging hips, and jumping and kicking, which is similar to Western disco. The movements are stretchy and generous, and it usually takes 30 to 40 minutes to complete a set of exercises.

During the exercise, the exercisers constantly stretch their arms, bend their legs, swing their hips and shrug their shoulders. Although the intensity of the exercise is not high, the amount of exercise is above medium and consumes a lot of heat energy.

During the activity, the head, neck, shoulders, back, waist and hips, abdomen, joints of the limbs, ligaments and muscles of the whole body can all be exercised.

At the same time, as various parts of the body move, the functions of internal organs are also exercised accordingly. It has a good stimulating effect on the blood circulation, respiratory, endocrine, nervous and other systems.

These dances are especially suitable for the elderly. If the elderly do these health exercises, their bodies will benefit from health care and their physical fitness will be enhanced. The elderly should exercise more on a normal day, but there are many exercises that are not suitable for the elderly. If the amount of exercise is too large or too intense, then it will not work. This kind of exercise is especially suitable for the elderly and has many benefits.
