2. At the beginning, keep your eyes open. This way you will understand what you are doing and what you are doing wrong. If you close your eyes, you will not be able to understand the movements of your body or even the direction of the pose you are practicing. Practice it with your eyes closed only when you have mastered a particular asana well, because only then will you be able to regulate the body movements and feel the correct asana even with your eyes closed.
