The lumbar vertebrae and spine are very important parts of the body. Generally, people ignore their importance. Only when problems occur do they realize their importance. The spine and lumbar vertebrae are prone to some problems, which leads to some exercises and protection in daily life. The more common exercise method is to perform lumbar and spinal exercises. So what exercises are most suitable for the lumbar vertebrae and spine?

1. Patients with lumbar spondylosis can exercise by riding a bicycle. The bicycle used for exercise should be an ordinary bicycle that allows the body to feel more stretched after riding. The height of the seat should allow the soles of the feet to touch the ground steadily, because riding a bicycle can enhance the body's sense of balance.

2. Swimming is the most suitable sport for patients with lumbar spondylosis, but you must choose the correct swimming posture and the water temperature of the swimming pool should not be too low. You must also do sufficient warm-up exercises before swimming, and the swimming time should not be too long. There should be a certain amount of time between exercises to avoid excessive fatigue of the waist.

3. Functional exercise and daily rehabilitation and health care are also very effective in treating lumbar spondylosis. In life, we must prevent the waist from being stimulated by adverse factors such as cold. We should strengthen muscle training and back muscle training to reduce the occurrence of lumbar disc herniation.
