1. Sitting cross-legged with shoulders raised

① Sit with your legs crossed, your left foot placed on the base of your right thigh, your right foot placed on the base of your left thigh, straighten your back, raise your arms behind your head, straighten your chest, and open your shoulders.

② Keep your back straight, tilt your head to the left, keep your left elbow as close to the floor as possible, point your right elbow to the ceiling, and keep your chest up.

2. Downward Dog Variation

Kneel down with your feet together, knees slightly apart, calves close to the floor, hips lifted up, chest on the floor, right elbow bent, chin placed on the back of right hand, left arm extended in front of the body, palm on the ground.

3. Prone twist

Lie prone, stretch your left leg straight on the floor, bend your right leg, keep your right foot close to the inside of your left leg, keep your abdomen close to the floor, place your right hand on your right waist, support your body with your palm, tilt your head to the right, place your left hand on your left ear, and lift your left arm off the floor.

4. Bridge pose

Lie on your back with your back on the ground, open your arms, hold the back of your head with both hands, slowly lift your hips off the ground, straighten your thighs, lift your heels off the ground, stand on tiptoe, tighten your abdomen and breathe naturally.

In fact, everyone is familiar with yoga in daily life. Many people use yoga movements to slim down their legs. Not only that, doing yoga regularly will make the whole body much better than before, and can greatly improve one's resistance. If you want to slim down your legs, you must stretch your legs and try to keep your calves close to the ground.
