The more solid a person's basic skills are, the broader his future path will be. This statement will never change. Just imagine, how many muscles need to be moved in a single standing forward bend? Which muscles need to be stretched? Which muscles need to be tightened? Which muscles need to be relaxed? Which muscles need to be exerted? If you can't touch your head to your calves and keep your entire abdomen flat against your thighs, what alternatives can you do? What difficult movements is it a preparatory posture for?

Also, how can forward bending help us? Who should not practice forward bending? What kind of forward bending may hurt the knee? What should people who have been injured do? Who should do forward bending frequently? In addition to muscles and bones, what effects does forward bending have on our internal organs, endocrine system, and even psychology?

Just in the most basic forward bend in yoga, there are so many things to experience in detail. I believe that many people neither think much nor experience much every time they do forward bends. I just think it is the most basic movement that must be practiced every time.
