Oh...", and when you exhale, slowly and softly say "Oh... Ai... Oh...") or count each time you inhale and exhale to focus your attention on your breathing, inhale slowly, count to five, and exhale slowly, count to five. If you find yourself getting distracted, slowly pull your mind back and refocus on your breathing or the object you are looking at.

5. When meditating, use self-suggestion to relax your whole body. Every time I relax, I imagine I get rid of the uneasiness and anxiety in my heart. After sitting quietly like this for about 10 minutes, your body will no longer feel tense or stressed.

6. The first thing to pay attention to is the correct sitting posture. Beginners can sit on the edge of a cushion about 8 cm high and focus on a place 3 feet away, or think about nothing and just focus on the movement of breathing. When meditating, you should learn to breathe with your belly, expanding your abdomen when you inhale and contracting it when you exhale.
