I don’t know what are the best aerobics that women need to pay attention to. My colleagues know that I also want to do aerobics, and they all tell me the precautions when doing aerobics. (1) Wear a bra when doing exercises, preferably one with better support. (2) When doing exercises during menstruation, the amount of exercise should not be too much. (3) Women who do not have the habit of exercising should not start doing aerobics during pregnancy.
