There is no unified standard for the practice time, venue, number of people, content, movement name, rhythm speed, etc. of various sets of aerobics movements. They can be arranged according to the needs of practitioners.

In addition to the above classification, aerobics can also be classified into the following categories according to certain characteristics:

(1) According to the main purpose and task of the exercise, it can be divided into mass aerobics and competitive aerobics;

(2) According to the form of exercise, it can be divided into free-hand aerobics, aerobics with light equipment and aerobics with special aerobics equipment;

(3) According to the gender characteristics of the practitioners, it can be divided into women's aerobics and men's aerobics;

(4) According to the characteristics of the different age stages of the practitioners, it can be divided into infant aerobics, children's aerobics, juvenile aerobics, youth aerobics, middle-aged aerobics and elderly aerobics;

(5) According to the characteristics of human anatomy, body parts can be divided into neck aerobics, shoulder aerobics, arm aerobics, chest aerobics, waist and abdomen aerobics, hip aerobics, leg aerobics and foot aerobics;

(6) According to the content and characteristics of the movements, it can be divided into body aerobics, posture aerobics, running and jumping aerobics, and mat aerobics.

You can try the second-level aerobics to exercise in this way. The bodybuilding effect achieved in this way is what everyone hopes for. When doing aerobics, aerobic exercise is the most reasonable for the health of the body. Aerobic exercise can lose weight, slim down the body, and get healthy results.
