What are the therapeutic exercises?

In order to have a better standard of living, people nowadays live at an increasingly faster pace, and are busy at work every day. Busy work always brings many troubles to people's bodies, such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, decreased vision and other symptoms. In severe cases, it has affected everyone's normal work. What are the ways to prevent and treat these symptoms? Many people try therapeutic exercises. So what are the therapeutic exercises?

The first step is to twist and pat your back, using your waist as the axis to drive your arms. Move your left palm behind your body and use the back of your palm to pat your back. At the same time, move your right arm around the front of your body and use the palm of your hand to pat the left side of your back (it is best to pat as many places as possible with your hands). Then pat in the opposite direction, alternating left and right. Rotate the right hand inward and go around to the lower right behind the back, bend the elbow and pat the back with the back of the palm. At the same time, move the left arm around the front of the body to the left and pat the right shoulder with the palm. Repeat this process. Generally, the number of times is four to eight. The movements should be coordinated when patting, using the inertia of the rotation of the shoulders, back and waist. When swinging your arms, your shoulders, elbows and wrists should be flexible and the strength of the tapping should be appropriate. When patting your back, your arms should be bent backwards and upwards as much as possible so that the back that is difficult to touch can be patted for exercise. Keep twisting your body and swinging your arms in this way, clapping with your hands alternately, and you can decide the number of times you want.

The second step is to pat the bladder meridian on both sides of the back. Use the back of your right hand or the palm to pat the left side of your back to the buttocks. It is best to pat as many places as possible with your hand. Then use your left hand to pat the right side of your back to the buttocks. The method is the same as above. You can pat in the same direction or repeatedly up and down. Generally, pat 5-10 times. The bladder meridian is located on both sides of the back. There are heart, lung, liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, large and small intestines, and kidney points on the bladder meridian.

The third step is to use the back of your palm to pat the center of the back, which is the Du meridian and Huatuo Jiaji. Huatuo Jiaji is also called Jiaji points. It starts from the first thoracic vertebra to the fifth lumbar vertebra. There is a point half an inch away from the spinous process of each vertebra. There are a total of thirty-four points on both sides of the twelve thoracic vertebrae and five lumbar vertebrae. When tapping the Du channel and Huatuo Jiaji points on the back, start from the upper center of the back (it is best to tap as many places as possible with your hands) and tap to the Changqiang point. You can tap in the same direction or repeatedly up and down. Generally, tap 5-10 times.
