Freehand gymnastics movements are the most basic content of aerobics movements. Only by mastering the freehand gymnastics movements correctly can you complete the aerobics movements in a coordinated and accurate manner.

Aerobics movements have become more colorful due to the addition of new and unique hand and step shapes, especially hip movements.

Artistic gymnastics freehand movements

The wave movement is a typical movement in rhythmic gymnastics. In addition, swinging, circling, flexion and extension, balance, turning, jumping, dancing steps and similar technical movements are also part of aerobics movements. The freehand exercises of rhythmic gymnastics can not only cultivate people's aesthetic appreciation of movements, but also effectively enhance physical fitness, improve coordination, and increase the difficulty value of complete sets of movements.

Simple movements in modern dance

Aerobics has absorbed a lot of upper and lower limb, torso, head and neck and foot movements from disco, jazz and breakdancing, especially hip movements, which adds vitality to aerobics. At the same time, it is also beneficial to reduce the accumulation of fat in the buttocks and abdomen and improve the coordination and flexibility of movements.

In addition, many movements in folk dance and changes in queues and formations in basic gymnastics are also part of aerobics.

Moreover, the movements in aerobics are not serial. You can do some relatively simple movements first. Such movements are healthier when doing them. And you don’t need any sports equipment when doing aerobics. You just need to master the flexibility of your body. However, the movements in aerobics are relatively rich, so you won’t feel boring.
