Why do many women feel uncomfortable after sex?

It takes some time to recover after practicing yoga. If you do the following things immediately, you will experience uncomfortable symptoms!

After practicing yoga, people are sweating all over. Often, they take a shower right after the exercise. Experts believe that this will increase the pressure on the heart and is not good for health.

Experts say that taking a shower right after practicing yoga will not only greatly reduce the effectiveness of the practice, but also cause unnecessary damage to the body. When you just finish exercising, your body is often in a state of extreme excitement. If you take a hot bath immediately at this time, your blood vessels will expand rapidly, blood will flow back to the brain, and increase the pressure on your heart.

The stimulation of sudden changes in temperature can harm the body. It is generally recommended that practitioners, especially those with arthritis, take a bath before practicing and then rest for 20 minutes to half an hour. This can increase the body's feeling of cleanliness and relaxation, increase body temperature, reduce muscle tension, help stretch the body, and open the joints. Those who practice right after getting up early in the morning do not need to take a shower before practicing.

In addition, yoga practitioners should also pay attention to eating issues. When practicing yoga, the body's blood is concentrated on local muscles or organs, which will affect the digestion and absorption of food. Therefore, be sure to keep your stomach empty for 1 hour before and after exercise. If you feel very hungry before practicing, you can drink a glass of milk or eat some liquid, easily digestible food. After practice, wait at least half an hour before eating. It is best to eat fruits and vegetables.

There are some strict rules before and after yoga practice. I hope yoga practitioners can follow them well so that the effect of yoga practice will be more obvious.

Four types of people should be cautious when practicing yoga

1. People with osteoporosis should be careful when exercising. Some yoga poses require the use of hands, feet and other limbs to support the body weight. If you have osteoporosis, you may accidentally fracture your bones when supporting your body with your elbows because your core muscles are not well trained.

2. People with spondylolisthesis or herniated disc should avoid excessive bending of the waist.

3. People with blood coagulation diseases should avoid practicing. Yoga movements require positioning, stretching and twisting of limbs, which may lead to reduced peripheral blood flow, making it more likely to cause severe blood clotting and trigger cardiovascular disease.

4. People with epilepsy or cerebral cortex damage. Many yoga movements involve stretching the neck. If you have epilepsy or damage to the cerebral cortex, bending forward and backward to massage the neck may induce an epileptic seizure.

Injury-prone yoga poses

1. Plow pose

Dangers: When doing the plow pose, the weight of the body falls almost entirely on the head and neck. Without strong muscle protection, the flexible but vulnerable cervical spine is the most vulnerable part of the entire spine. The neck usually only bears a small weight of the head. When doing the plow pose, the weight it bears is probably ten to twenty times the usual weight. If you are not careful, it will cause neck injury.

What should I do if I feel unwell during yoga practice? Yoga training

Reminder: People with cervical spine pain are not suitable for practicing the plow pose.

2. Handstand

Potential hazards: Inverted poses can increase blood pressure in the head. If there is a hidden danger in the blood vessels in the brain, it may cause cerebral blood vessels to rupture. Inversion can also increase blood pressure in the eyes and cause eye bleeding. It can also cause the capillaries in the head to rupture, forming small red spots on the skin of the head and face.

Reminder: Patients with hypertension, heart disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, eye diseases, and nervous system diseases should not practice handstand.
