Warrior pose is one of the most classic standing yoga poses. There are three of them: Warrior I, Warrior II and Warrior III. The Warrior Pose not only has a long and moving legend, but also has magical effects. In addition to exercising the waist and leg muscles, maintaining spinal flexibility and improving body coordination, it can also improve a person's internal circulation, strengthen the cardiovascular system and improve a person's attention. Legend has it that Warrior Pose originated from a strand of hair. According to legend, the Warrior Pose was born from the story of Lord Shiva, one of the three main gods in ancient India. Shiva's wife is Sati. Once, Sati's father Daksha held a grand sacrificial ceremony. Daksha invited all the gods, but not his daughter and son-in-law, because Shiva was in charge of destruction, which made him feel very unlucky. Sati was very angry when she heard the news, and insisted on arguing with her father. Shiva's persuasion was futile. The stubborn Sati still went to the ceremony to ask her father to take back his decision, but what she got was a huge insult. The angry Sati ignited the true fire in her body and burned herself to death for the sake of dignity at the ceremony. Shiva, who lost his beloved wife, was completely enraged. He pulled out a hair and threw it on the ground, which transformed him into the powerful warrior Veerabhadna and ordered him to defeat Daksha. This warrior transformed from Shiva's hair not only destroyed the sacrificial ceremony and drove away the gods, but also cut off Daksha's head. To commemorate this event and Veerabhadna, Shiva created the warrior yoga posture. Today I’m going to introduce to you the Warrior Pose, which stretches the spine and fully opens the chest. It’s a must-learn pose for enlarging breasts and perking up buttocks! Stand in Mountain Pose, relax your arms naturally, keep your upper body straight, spread your legs about one step apart, turn your right foot and upper body 90 degrees to the side, and turn your left foot about 30 degrees to the right. As you inhale, raise your arms above your head, bring your hands together, and keep your arms straight. As you exhale, bend your right knee until your right thigh is parallel to the ground, your right calf is perpendicular to the ground, your thigh and calf are at right angles, and your bent knee should not extend beyond your toes. (You can also stretch your hands straight up without putting them together, with your palms facing each other) Fully extend your left leg back and tuck your left knee in. Keep your face, chest, and right knee facing the same direction as your right foot, head up, and stretch your spine from your tailbone, looking at your clasped hands. Stay in this position for 20-30 seconds, breathing normally, then switch sides and repeat the steps. Warrior pose is a relatively strenuous yoga pose. Yoga practitioners with weaker heart function can appropriately slow down the amplitude of some movements and reduce the time they hold the poses to adapt to their own physical conditions. When doing Warrior Pose, our upper body is straightened and the chest is expanded forward, which helps to firm the breasts and delay aging. It also opens the hips, reduces excess fat in the hips and buttocks, and strengthens the buttocks muscles. It is a must-learn pose for "breast enlargement + buttock lift"!
