If you have poor flexibility and softness, you can place your left foot at the calf or foot joint position. Feel like a tree, rooted to the earth, and breathe deeply.

Second, Crescent, starting in tree pose, step your left foot back, lifting your heel and straightening your leg. Bend your right knee so that it is in a straight line. Raise your arms up and bring your hands together. Press your shoulders and back down. Hold for 5 breaths.

Third, Warrior Pose, starting from Crescent Pose, place left foot flat, turn toes 30", leg still straight, and turn hips 90". Stretch your fingertips as if to touch a wall. Focus your eyes on the middle finger of your right hand. Hold for 5 breaths.

Fourth, T shape, start from the warrior posture, put your hands on your hips, lean forward with your upper body straight, lift your left foot, find balance, then move your upper body completely forward, lift your left leg until your body and left leg are in a straight line. Fully extend your left leg from hip to toes. Keep your hips straight and face toward the floor. Extend your arms straight at your sides with your palms facing inward. Hold for 5 breaths. If this movement is too difficult for you, you can put your legs on a chair at first.

This is a very challenging change, and you will slowly realize that you are now capable of doing anything.

Fifth, half moon, start with a T shape. Touch the floor with the fingertips of your right hand (if you can't touch the floor, you can put something under it). Shift your weight to your right hand and leg. Lift your left foot off the floor.

Rotate your left shoulder so that your hips and left leg are parallel to the ground. To better maintain your balance, look up. Hold for 5 breaths. At the end, rotate your torso and hips forward to return to the previous position.

The half moon teaches you to be quiet. Doing this now will solidify the other moves. If lazy girls don’t have enough time and energy to go to the yoga studio to exercise, then they can just follow the above postures and do some simple yoga at home.
