How to deal with sports injuries

We exercise often, but we often bump into things while exercising! So what should we do at that time? Today let’s look at the prevention and treatment of sports injuries. This is very useful and you will definitely encounter it, so you must read it carefully!

Abrasions (injuries caused by friction on the surface of the skin.)

deal with:

If the wound is clean (if it is not clean, rinse it with clean water), go to the health room and apply mercurochrome or gentian violet or put on a Band-Aid and it will heal itself. For more serious cases, the first thing to do is to stop the bleeding. As appropriate, use cold compresses, limb elevation, pressure bandages, direct finger pressure to stop bleeding, etc. to treat the wound. If necessary, go to the hospital for wound cleaning, suturing, medication, bandaging, etc. to avoid infection or excessive bleeding.

Nosebleed (the nose is hit by external force, causing capillaries to rupture and bleed.)

deal with:

Let the injured person sit down, tilt his head back, breathe through his mouth temporarily, plug his nostrils with gauze or clean soft paper, and apply a cold towel to his forehead and nose bridge, which can usually stop the bleeding. If the bleeding still does not stop, you should go to the hospital for examination and treatment, and take effective measures in time to prevent fainting due to excessive bleeding.

Sprain (an injury caused by tearing of the ligaments, tendons, or muscles that attach to a joint when the joint moves beyond its normal range of motion.)

deal with:

First of all, measures to stop bleeding and relieve pain should be taken. You can elevate the injured limb, rinse the injured area with cold water or apply a cold towel to cool the blood vessels, thereby reducing bleeding and pain. Do not rub it randomly to prevent increased bleeding.

How about it, after reading the above introduction. We should not be afraid if we get bumps and bruises while exercising in the future. Of course, if we encounter an injury that we cannot treat ourselves, we should go to the hospital. Because that is the final destination, and I must not not go there just to save a few dollars. If your wound gets infected, you're in trouble. Going to the hospital again won’t just be a matter of a few dollars, just be careful!
