When you are overweight or lack muscle strength, aerobics can easily put excessive impact on the joints and cause sports injuries to the knees.

During menstruation, your body is weaker and you need more rest. It is best to avoid strenuous exercise. Light activities are okay, but it is best to do them in small amounts to avoid increased bleeding and pain. It is recommended that you relax, keep warm and rest during menstruation, and eat a light and nutritious diet.
