The fourth additional movement targets the sides of the abdomen, riding a bicycle, with your elbows touching your knees, keeping your legs straight, and you can pause for 3 to 5 seconds. The fifth movement is to stand up your feet and touch your elbows to your knees. This movement focuses on stretching. When your elbows touch your knees, pause for 1-3 seconds. At this time, you can feel extra fat burning. And add a movement in the middle, then go back and do both sides, 30-50 times. A small belly is a weapon that can ruin your perfect figure.
