What should you pay attention to when riding a spinning bike in daily life?

In our lives, we are often busy with work. During the weekends, when we have free time, I think everyone will do some exercise to regulate their body and mind, strengthen their body, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, many times, our starting point for life is good, but we also need to pay attention to some safety issues, such as the safety of spinning bikes.

Special emphasis: In dynamic cycling, it is very important to master the posture and hand position when riding. This issue will introduce you to several commonly used bicycle grip methods and riding postures in cycling.

How to control a spinning bike

Grip 1: This is the most common grip in a sitting position. The fist and elbow should form a slight triangle, and keep your elbows and shoulders relaxed at all times.

Grip 2: Suitable for sitting climbing, running, jumping and sprinting. This grip will not hinder breathing when the body is upright, and it can also maintain a stable state when the body leaves the seat.

Grip 3: Only used when climbing in standing position. Grasp the long ends of the handlebars with your hands, palms facing inward and knuckles facing outward, with your fingers lightly wrapped around the outer edge of the handlebars.

Four dynamic cycling styles

1. Sit flat on the ground

Sitting flat on the ground is the most basic technique in spinning classes, and other techniques are derived from this basic movement. Training in this posture for a period of time can improve the students' physical, mental and willpower. Suitable for all types of training, from fast pace to recovery-style cool down.

Note: This sitting posture should maintain the wheel speed RPM: 80~110, and the hand gesture should use grip posture 1.

2. Sitting climbing

The first movement that students are exposed to that has the concept of climbing, it simulates the actual movement by increasing the resistance. When climbing a hill in a seated position, your hips should automatically move slightly behind the seat to increase effective pedaling. At the same time, remind students to relax as much as possible and step with complete and smooth movements (use force evenly with both feet and focus on one foot at a time).

Note: This sitting posture should maintain the wheel speed RPM: 60~80, and the hand gesture should use grip posture 2.

I wonder if friends who love spinning have become more vigilant about this sport after hearing this explanation. Our lives can be richer and more colorful, but we must not take risks. At any time, more guaranteed stability is our responsible attitude towards healthy living and health pursuit.
