(5) Front leg kick: feet shoulder-width apart, center of gravity on back foot, look at target, raise knee, lean back slightly, kick target with sole of foot, return to starting position

(6) Kick forward with the back leg: Place your feet shoulder-width apart, center of gravity on the front foot, look at the target, raise your knee, lean your upper body back slightly, kick the target with the sole of your foot, and return to the starting position
