What are some gymnastics for growing taller?

1. Joint flexion and extension exercises

Attach the drawstring to the pedal joints and tie it up, then lie on your back; simultaneously hook both toes upward with force, then simultaneously jump forward with force with both toes, repeat rhythmically 18-25 times; inhale when hooking your toes, and exhale when jumping your toes.

2. Calf stretching exercise

3. Thigh kick exercise

After fastening the strap, lie on your back, use your thighs to pull your legs in front of your abdomen so that they are 90 degrees to your body, and then use your heels to push and stretch your legs hard; inhale when you pull your thighs in, exhale when you push and stretch, and silently say "long, long, long" in your mind; repeat 10-20 times.

4. Dragonfly

Tie the upper limb straps to your shoulders, lie prone, stretch your arms back naturally, and when you take a deep breath, stretch your arms backwards, lift your upper body, tilt your head back, and lift your legs up at the same time, so that your whole body is like a flying dragonfly; relax when you exhale, and repeat 5-8 times.

5. Double-leg wheel exercise

Lie on your back in a shoulder-elbow stand; rotate your legs back and forth like riding a bicycle, changing the speed from time to time; do this for 2-3 minutes. These two sets of exercises are the main body of height growth training. The trainees are asked to practice for 50 minutes every other day and are required to practice height growth center exercises in the morning and band exercises in the evening. As a result, the height-increasing effect is quite good. This experiment shows that although sports are the most widely used activities in today's sports field, not all sports competitions are helpful for building a strong body. Once the way of use and the method of practice are wrong, it will bring harm to the body, especially it will have side effects on height development. It’s best to do it in the morning.
