2. When training with a sandbag, you should stand firmly, punch, and move around the sandbag. After each combination, jab, move left or right, dodge from side to side, and then counter. Starting from the fourth round, hit the bag with right straight punches and left hooks, just like you would hit your opponent. When the bell rings, throw a hard punch to end the round.

3. Sandbag exercises should be done after air-strike exercises. Start with basic punches and gradually increase the strength.

4. You must imagine that there is a ferocious enemy standing in front of you, approaching you step by step. You must do your best to guard against, counterattack, and strike hard! Don't take it lightly or be careless! Once you miss, immediately change your response method. Always imagine the sandbag as a person, make a feint to the east and attack in the west, lead the opponent up and attack him down, sway left and attack right, defend and counterattack, dodge and fight back, and strike the sandbag with a rich imagination. In actual combat, you will feel the benefits of this exercise.

5. Coordinated relaxation can make you faster, hit more powerfully, and have more energy. Do a set of three minutes of punching and defending, and immediately relax your shoulder joints and arms. Do a set of kicking and defending, and also do some massage movements.
