When practicing this exercise, people with heart disease or very poor physical strength do not need to raise their arms at the beginning, but let them hang naturally on the outside of the legs, but their palms must be changed into sword fingers. 2. Pupa movement and breathing Posture, movement, mind, and breathing: Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulders, body naturally relaxed, eyebrows relaxed, smile, focus on qi points, eyelids slightly drooped, and breathe naturally. Start with both hands from the lowest position of natural hanging, with the tiger's mouth facing upward and the palms facing inward, making the movement of pupa to gather Qi. Imagine that all the Qi in the universe is gathered over, passing through the midline of the body, and drawing circles parallel to both sides of the body. The Qi-holding movement must be coordinated with the whole body's pupa movement, and the Qi-holding movement of the upper limbs should drive the whole body's pupa movement. The pupa's movement and breathing are divided into six levels from bottom to top. The coccyx is one, the lumbar vertebrae are two, the thoracic vertebrae are three, the cervical vertebrae are four, the occipital bone is five, and the upper head is six. 3. Qi Gathering Method Principle: A bucket of water is very calm until someone touches it. Use a wooden stick in a bucket and rotate it in one direction. A great pressure and centripetal force will be generated at the center of the vortex. Even after the stick is pulled out, the water will still gather towards the vortex point for a period of time. Under normal circumstances, the true energy in the universe is relatively calm. When you move your palms in a circular motion towards yourself, the air around you will be stirred up by your palms. Just like the principle of water, the greatest centripetal force and pressure are generated at the center point of the circle drawn by the palm. The true energy in the universe gathers towards this point. Even if the palm no longer makes circular motions, the surrounding energy will still gather towards the original center point for a period of time. Therefore, this method can gather the true energy of the universe and fill the whole body in the shortest time.
