It must also have properly distributed protrusions to provide traction on the ground to prevent slipping.

(VII) The front 1/3 of the sole should be soft to accommodate the dorsiflexion of the metatarsal joint and reduce damage to the Achilles tendon.

And when choosing shoes, you should wear sports socks. It is best to put the new shoes on one foot and the old shoes on the other foot first. After comparing them with each other, it is easiest to see whether they fit you best when you put the new shoes on both feet.

(9) There should be space reserved for the front end of the toes, which should not touch the toe cap. The shoes may become wider after being worn for a long time, but they will not grow longer. Therefore, the length of the shoes should be at least 2 to 3 centimeters longer than the actual length of the feet.
