1. Spread your legs slightly apart, with a stride as big as a fist, and stand against the wall.

2. Then slowly bend your upper body forward, trying to bring your upper body and legs closer together, with your hands on the ground, but your hips, calves and heels should be close to the wall.

3. Stretch your thigh in this position for 10 seconds.

Due to the effect of gravity, the fatigue factors of the whole day are gathered in the calves, and excess water, toxins, and waste will sink with them, causing the calf, known as the "second heart", to become swollen. 1. Stand on the stairs, lift the front half of your foot on the upper step, and place your heel on the lower step.

2. Then tighten your abdominal muscles, stand on tiptoe, let your heels leave the step on the lower side, and your toes are on the step on the upper level. Repeat this 10 times. Note that when doing this exercise, you must hold the wall with your hands to keep your body balanced. When you stand on tiptoes, lift your body vertically upwards and do not lean forward or backward.
