This move is a classic Pilates move that tightens your abdomen and beautifies your back, and it also exercises your hamstring flexibility.

Starting position: Sit on the ground with your legs apart, knees bent, arms open to both sides, body sitting up straight, feeling that your ears, shoulders and hips are on the same plane.

Inhale as you lower your center of gravity, exhale and use your right hand to step to the outside of your left foot. Inhale and return to the starting position, lifting your chest. Repeat 10 times alternating sides.
