Doing some physical exercise in the morning can effectively help us improve our physical fitness. Many people are accustomed to scheduling physical exercise in the morning, but in fact this is not very scientific. There are two reasons. First of all, the morning air is not fresh. Meteorological statistics show that in most mornings of the year (especially between 5 and 8 a.m.), an inversion layer will appear in the lower atmosphere above land. Its height varies from 200-1000 meters. It acts like a lid, causing more smoke and impurities in the city to gather underneath it. In addition, the air disturbance is small in the morning, making it difficult for smoke and impurities to diffuse to high altitudes and the surroundings, causing the air pollution near the ground to worsen. The obvious manifestation of this is the horizontal "smoke belt" near the ground that we sometimes see in the wilderness in the morning. At other times of the day, due to the lower ground temperature and higher layer air temperature, coupled with stronger air disturbances, the inversion layer is not easy to form and smoke can spread out. Secondly, from a physiological point of view, morning is not the best time to exercise. In recent years, physiologists have found that the best time to exercise is from 4 pm to before normal sleep at night. Because at this time the temperature of various organs and muscles in the human body is the highest, and the joints are more flexible. When the body temperature rises, people will have a strong desire to exercise. You will be more conscious and work harder during exercise, thus achieving better results. It was also found that a higher body temperature is beneficial for almost all sports. Therefore, in recent years, more and more sports finals have been scheduled in the afternoon or evening, one of the reasons is this. In addition, we have also realized from experience that we have no desire to exercise in the morning when we are sleepy, but we are eager to exercise after dinner. Taking all factors into consideration, we might as well choose to exercise during this period after dinner.

The best time for morning exercise is before six o'clock. The air before six o'clock is particularly fresh. Breathing some fresh air at this time can help us to refresh our minds on the one hand, and on the other hand, it can also help us improve our physical fitness and antiviral ability.
