How to train leg strength? There are many ways to train leg strength. You can decide which method to take according to your own needs, because different people have different physiques and endurance. Don't think that the exercise that helps others will have the same effect on you. It may be beneficial to others, but if you are not adapted to it, good things may turn into bad things. Method 1

STEP 1: Stand upright, straighten your chest, and tighten your stomach and abdomen.

STEP 2: Bend your knees and squat as low as possible without lifting your heels.

STEP 3: Keep your knees bent, lift your heels, and squat down until your buttocks touch your heels.

STEP4: Return to STEP1 from STEP3 via STEP2.

It looks as simple as squatting and standing up, but it actually requires a lot of control. Pay attention to keeping your back upright, chest up, stomach and abdomen in during the squatting and standing up process. Your knees should always be facing forward, your buttocks should be above your heels, and your tailbone should be perpendicular to the ground. Avoid leaning forward.

Exercise method: One squat is a set, and practice 10 to 15 sets continuously.

Method 2: Stand in a lunge with one leg in front, with the calf and calf at 90 degrees; stretch the other leg backward with the toes touching the ground, keep the body balanced, and make sure to keep the upper body upright.

Practice method: Control 6 to 8 breaths as a set, and practice 3 to 5 sets alternately on the left and right sides.

Method three: Open your feet about shoulder-width apart, bend your knees and squat, and lean your upper body forward until your upper body and hips are on the same level and parallel to the ground. At the beginning, you can gently support the ground with your arms. After your legs become a little stronger, open your arms to both sides and turn your palms upward.

Practice method: Keep your body stable and control 6 to 8 breaths.
