2: Sideways single arm support

Preparation position: The body is in a push-up position, with the whole body stretched in a straight line. Tighten your torso muscles.

Action process: Raise one arm, and at the same time, turn the whole body 90 degrees with the arm until the body is supported on the floor in a T shape. Return to starting position, then rotate to the other side.

3. Supine cross abdomen

Preparation posture: Lie on your back, cross your arms behind your head, and lift your legs to about 15 cm above the ground.

Procedure: Bring your left elbow toward your right knee, as if you were riding a bicycle. Then slowly return to the starting position and switch to the other side.
