How to quickly and effectively exercise abdominal muscles

Maybe every male friend of ours is pursuing the ultimate body shape, so we began to adopt various methods to help us exercise our abdominal muscles. We can use sit-ups to exercise the abdominal muscles. Doing some sit-ups every night is the best time to exercise, which can help us achieve good exercise results. Let's briefly describe how to quickly and effectively exercise the abdominal muscles.

The abdomen is no different from other parts of the body. Training the abdominal muscles should be the same as other parts of the body. It should be divided into 4-5 groups, 20-25 times in each group, until complete exhaustion (if you can do more, it means the intensity is not enough). I prefer to do each rep slowly and hold the muscle tension for a few seconds at full contraction. The most effective abdominal muscle exercises include sit-ups and hanging leg raises. The abdominal muscle trainers that can be found everywhere in the gym today are also very effective. I usually choose to do abdominal muscle training on days when I don't do aerobic training, and schedule it at the end of my weight training. When it comes to weight training, I want to emphasize that when training other parts of the body, you must use heavy weights. Many people find that if they lift heavy enough, they can get away with not working their abs at all, because heavy lifting forces the abs to assist the muscle group being trained. No matter which part you train, you should always include at least one compound movement using a barbell, dumbbells, or (not combination equipment) for heavy training. Good examples include upright barbell or dumbbell curls for biceps, upright pullups for triceps, upright barbell presses for shoulders, squats for legs, deadlifts and bent-over rows for back. Even when training your chest, your pectoral muscles must be tense in order to stabilize your torso. A common phenomenon is that although the abdominal muscles are nice, they are covered with a layer of fat. Even doing thousands of sit-ups won't help in this case, because all you're doing is further developing the underlying muscles without burning the overlying fat.

The above introduction on how to quickly and effectively exercise the abdominal muscles is very effective. Everyone can try it. For beginners, the number of sit-ups should increase from low to high. Otherwise, blindly doing some push-ups may cause great pain to our own body. You can apply some Yunnan Baiyao to relieve the pain.
