Tie the barbell plates to your legs and lift your legs upwards with force until your upper body is perpendicular to your legs. The upper body remains still throughout the process, and the thighs and calves remain in a straight line. How to exercise the abdominal muscles depends on each of our physical conditions and original physical fitness.
