In the competition, you often run while looking at the map to determine the route, because time needs to be saved and route selection is very important. There may be many paths from point A to point B, but there is only one "shortcut" that meets your own conditions, because the choice of the best path requires consideration of many factors (distance, slope, etc.).

5. You must have sufficient physical strength and allocate it reasonably throughout the process.

Endurance and cardiopulmonary function are not solely dependent on innate inheritance, but can also be improved through training of acquired factors. A good athlete has plenty of energy, good endurance and speed, and can usually finish a 10,000-meter race easily. Excellent athletes can reasonably allocate their physical energy according to the terrain and judgment during running. For example, when running downhill, they can relax and run with big steps due to inertia, which can save a certain amount of physical energy; when the terrain is flat, they can speed up the pace and frequency appropriately; when sprinting to the finish line, they have to spare no effort and use 100% of their strength.
