One hundred to two hundred a day will be enough.

2. Pull-ups. You can do this in school, community or dormitory, and it is very helpful for exercising the arms and chest muscles. You can do it on the horizontal bar in the school community, or you can just sit on the lower bunk in the dormitory and stretch your arms to the upper bunk. I used to be able to do 50 of these, but now that I've gained weight I can only do 30 at most. I think thirty a day will be enough.

3. Chest expansion exercises. This pure chest muscle exercise is second only to push-ups in terms of effectiveness. It grows rapidly and also has the effect of enlarging the breasts. The disadvantage is that the muscles trained are too soft. This is relatively easy, do 50 in a group, four to five groups every day.

4. Running on the spot You don’t even have to run, just wave your hands and lift your legs on the spot. If you're too lazy, just wave your arms. Similar to chest expansion exercises, but less effective. Just "run" for 10 minutes every day.

The above methods are very helpful for us to quickly develop chest muscles. We mainly choose according to our own situation. This is the most important thing.
