1. Pay attention to scientific and reasonable methods

Each training session must follow a certain sequence. Warm-up exercises (preparatory activities) should be done first. This is especially important in winter or when the ambient temperature is low. All joints must be moved. It is better to sweat a little. Then there are formal exercises and relaxing exercises. In formal training, you should pay attention to the coordination of breathing during aerobic exercise; if you want to lose weight, you should arrange more sets and fewer repetitions, and if you want to build body, you should do fewer sets and more repetitions. High-intensity, short-term training is beneficial for developing strength and speed, while medium- and low-intensity, long-term training is beneficial for developing endurance.

2. Take it step by step

In order to ensure safety, practitioners who have just started exercising should not only read the instructions of the equipment before use, but also pay attention to many factors such as their age and physical condition. It is best to practice under the guidance of a doctor or coach. Only by exercising persistently can you strengthen your body and achieve the desired goal.

3. Comprehensive development to make up for deficiencies

Long-term pure mechanical training can easily lead to one-sided development of the body in terms of strength, endurance, and muscle development, while neglecting the development of reaction, speed, flexibility, coordination and other aspects. Such body functions are obviously not sound. Therefore, in addition to regular equipment training, necessary auxiliary exercises should also be performed. Such as ball games, athletics, martial arts and boxing, gymnastics, swimming, skating, dancing, and chess and card games. These contents can be carried out selectively, and auxiliary exercises can be carried out in a targeted manner according to one's own weak points.

At the same time, the meaning of bodybuilding lies in the unity of form and spirit. A person who only has strong muscles but speaks vulgarly and behaves recklessly is not beautiful. When practicing, practitioners should pay special attention to the cultivation of their spiritual world. Train yourself to be a healthy person both physically and mentally.

No matter which fitness equipment we use, we should proceed step by step, and we need to consider many factors, especially our physical body and age. These factors are all factors we must consider. It is best to complete these fitness exercises under the guidance of a coach, and we must not be in a hurry, otherwise we will not be able to achieve the expected results.
