It is everyone's dream to have a healthy body, but many people always have some reasons not to move and always lie down or sit. 1. Never stretch cold muscles. The best time to stretch is after walking. If any part of your body needs stretching before walking, do some warm-up exercises slowly first.

2. Do stretching exercises slowly and gently. Do not use excessive force or to the point of pain in your body. If you feel pain, you've overdone it and you should quickly retract your movement and return to the position you were in before the stretch.

When we do stretching exercises, don't be too anxious. Excessive movements will strain the muscles of the body. Do it slowly, one by one, so that the tendons and bones can be slowly opened up, so as not to hurt yourself. Stretching is also a kind of stretching exercise. Friends who sit for a long time will feel sore back and waist, which can be relieved by stretching properly.
