After inhaling, exhale, and use your arms to lead the spine to twist horizontally 90 degrees to the right. Inhale and return to the center; exhale, in the opposite direction, and similarly. 3. Spinal Twist

Method: Sit down with your knees bent, left leg on top and right leg on bottom; place right heel on the ground outside left hip, and left foot on the ground outside right knee; right elbow against the outside of left knee joint, and left arm wrapped around right waist from behind; inhale, stretch spine upward and stand straight; exhale, fully twist to the left and back. Inhale and return to the center; exhale and relax your limbs. The same applies to the opposite side.
