Exercise is good for beauty

We all know that exercise is good for health and can strengthen the body, but how beneficial is fitness for beauty? You must read the following carefully, I guarantee that you will want to exercise after reading it.

1/ Blood circulation accelerates during exercise. The accelerated microcirculation of blood in the skin can increase the exchange of nutrients in the skin, making the skin more nutritious, rosy and elastic.

2/ Epidermal microcirculation increases the supply of nutrients to hair follicles, making hair shinier. 3/During exercise, a large amount of sweat is eliminated from the body through the hair follicles in the skin, and at the same time a large amount of water is replenished in the body. This not only deeply cleans the hair follicles, but also increases the water exchange in the skin cells, making the skin cleaner and smoother. 4/The exchange of water helps to eliminate toxins from the body, which is the process of detoxification and beauty. 5/Exercise can help you lose weight and tighten the skin all over your body. 6/Fitness can also improve the quality of your sex life. A poor sex life can make your skin rough and dry.

Occasional fitness is not necessary

Many people use weekends to do intensive fitness to make up for the lack of exercise. But experts point out that occasional exercise can harm your health and is tantamount to "overeating." Modern medical research has found that for those who cannot persist in exercise for a long time, occasional exercise will increase organ wear and tear, loss of tissue function and shorten their lifespan. Most people who intensively exercise on weekends sit in the office for the first five days of the week and do little exercise. Their bodies have actually adapted to this state. Suddenly taking a lot of time to concentrate on exercising on the weekend will disrupt the physiological and body balance that has been established, and the consequences will be worse than not exercising.

Experts believe that the fitness effect is mainly the result of the continuous accumulation of exercise traces, that is, the benign stimulation left on the body of the fitness person after exercise. If the intervals between fitness are too long, and you exercise again after the traces of exercise disappear, each exercise is equivalent to starting from the beginning. The scientific and effective approach is to exercise 3 to 5 times a week. In this way, exercise can truly achieve the effect of improving physical fitness and promoting health.
