I’m doing yoga, I’m stretching, I’m working out with weights, I’m twisting…I’m in love with my body.

I was bending forward like crazy, my hamstrings were tight, and my body was trying to tell me to stop here, relax, and stop putting pressure on my dear body. But I turned a deaf ear and continued to challenge her, and I hurt her.

I was trying to get into a backbend, but my thoracic spine had reached its limit of expansion and my body was telling me to stop. As I worked on it, I continued to bend back, and the pressure began to build up in my lumbar spine until it squeezed the cartilage and I hurt her.

I’m in yoga, I’m practicing like crazy, I’m forgetting about my body, I’m hurting my lover.

I'm being a fool.

I am listening to my lover's whispers, I am experiencing the charm of stretching my body, I am relaxing my muscles, and I am protecting my joints.

I'm not forcing myself, I'm adapting to and loving my body. Every time I practice asanas, I listen to the feedback my body gives me.

I obey my body, I surrender to my body, I practice yoga in the position that my body accepts, and I enjoy the happiness of falling in love with my body.

I am in yoga, I am exploring my body, I am enjoying myself, and I am living in happiness.

I practice smart yoga

Yoga has a scientific practice method. Based on the understanding of physiology, anatomy, neurology and other disciplines, it obeys the state of the body and listens carefully to the changes that the body brings about with each practice.

If you blindly force your body and ignore its condition, it will only make you a practicing machine, but it will take you further away from yoga.

Yoga is life. Learn to enjoy yoga and enjoy life.
