Are Yoga Instructors Good?

Yoga is a very popular sport nowadays. Because yoga is a relatively peaceful sport, many girls like it. There are no restrictions on venues or equipment for practicing yoga. You can practice it anytime and anywhere as long as there is an open space. And the most important thing when practicing yoga is breathing. You can start with simple movements. Now let us introduce some methods of practicing yoga.

1. Lie on your side, support your body with your right hand, straighten your left leg, bend your right leg, and use your left hand to support it, slowly pulling it towards your abdomen. Inhale, contracting your rectus abdominis. Repeat several times.

2. Stand, inhale, tighten your abdomen, straighten your chest, bend your waist, bend your left leg, straighten your right leg backward, put your hands together and stretch upward with force, and lean your body forward. Hold your breath for a few seconds. Restore to initial state. Then switch legs.

3. Sit down, lean back, put your hands on both sides of the body to support the body's center of gravity, bend your knees, relax your calves, and keep your heels off the ground. Inhale, tighten your abdomen, and slowly bring your legs toward your abdomen. Exhale, and return to the original position. Repeat several times.

4. Stand up, inhale, tighten your abdomen, stretch your left leg backward, stretch your arms forward, lean your upper body forward, look straight ahead, keep your body parallel to the ground, make flying movements, and hold for a few seconds. Switch legs and repeat several times.

5. Stand up, raise your hands to support your head, inhale, tighten your abdomen and straighten your chest, bend your left leg, lift it as high as you can, and bring it as close to your abdomen as possible. Hold this position for a few seconds, lower yourself, and repeat.

6. Stand with your legs together and crossed, cross your hands above your head, inhale, tighten your abdomen and chest, stretch your upper body as far as possible to the right, hold for a few seconds, exhale, and return to the initial position. Repeat 15 times. Then switch sides.

7. Sit with your legs together. Hold your legs with your hands and slowly lift them up until they are perpendicular to the upper part of the body. Inhale, tighten your abdomen, and slightly lean your body backward. Hold for a few seconds. Exhale and slowly return to the starting position. Repeat 15 times.

The above introduces some methods of practicing yoga. Friends who are interested in practicing yoga can practice according to the steps described above. But before practicing yoga, the most important thing is to learn the correct breathing method. Only after mastering the yoga breathing method can you slowly learn yoga and the difficulty of the movements can be gradually increased.
