How to do breast aerobics?

(3) Lie prone with your hands and fingers crossed under your chin. Inhale, support your body with your hands, slowly lift your upper body, and straighten it backwards as much as possible without leaving the ground. Repeat the above movements for 3 minutes.

(4) Kneel down and place your palms together in front of your chest. Inhale and press your palms together. Exhale and then relax. Move your palms to the right and repeat the above steps. Then move your palms to the left and repeat the above movements for 3 minutes.

(5) Lie on all fours, relax your head and neck, place your hands shoulder-width apart, straighten your elbows, and keep your back straight. Lift your right leg upward and backward, tighten your toes, bend your elbows, and keep your chest close to the ground, keeping your shoulders and hands as wide as possible. 3. Repeat several times, then switch to the left leg and repeat several times.

(6) Forearm stretching: Cross your forearms, hold your forearms with both hands at shoulder level, stretch your arms outwards, and repeat 10 times. Bend your fingers, interlock them, and place them at shoulder level. Stretch for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times.

The body-beautifying and breast-enhancing aerobics introduced above are popular among many female friends. In fact, aerobics and yoga are similar in some ways.
