It is best not to eat at night. If you are really hungry, you can choose cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and other low-calorie foods to fill your stomach. Finally, remember to massage your whole body before going to bed to prevent the flesh on your body from turning into muscle after a day of exercise. The key is that the massage process can promote blood circulation, which can also achieve the effect of weight loss.

If you want to lose belly fat, you need to exercise regularly in your daily life. During this period, you must choose to eat more light foods. Try not to eat very greasy or spicy foods. If you want to lose weight completely without rebound, you must have good living habits.
