Everyone's life is precious, and exercise can make the body healthier. As the saying goes, life lies in exercise, and there is some truth to this. To live you have to move, so as to speed up blood circulation and promote metabolism. Exercise can improve sleep and relieve stress.

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and economic income, self-care awareness has gradually been awakened. However, people often complain that they don’t know how to exercise and what kind of exercise can achieve satisfactory fitness results. In fact, the choice of exercise method varies from person to person. People of different levels, different needs, different living environments and different physical fitness have different ways of exercising. In short, only scientific, reasonable exercise that suits one's own conditions can achieve the best results.

For example, common aerobic exercises include: fast or slow walking, jogging, alternating walking and running, going up and down stairs, cycling, swimming, etc.; if financial conditions and time permit, you can also participate in yoga, fitness dance, aerobics, yangko dancing, tai chi and other sports that have low intensity, last long time and do not require high skills. Exercise is about training, training is about persistence, and persistence is victory.

Another thing that cannot be ignored is that the brain is “use it or lose it”. Playing chess and cards, reading books and newspapers, writing, and thinking about problems are all intended to keep the brain healthy; "using the brain diligently" is as important as "exercising diligently". A life of excessive comfort and leisure is not in line with the meaning of life. Properly exercising the activity center of your brain will allow your blood to flow away from your emotional center; at this moment, you will become more rational and more receptive to positive thoughts.

In short, exercise is an important factor in ensuring vigorous metabolic processes in the human body. "Lüshi Chunqiu?Jinshupian" says: "Running water does not rot, and door hinges do not rot. The same goes for the body and qi. If the body does not move, the essence will not flow. If the essence does not flow, the qi will be stagnant." Hua Tuo further pointed out: "The human body needs work, but it should not be pushed to the extreme. Movement helps digest food, circulate blood, and prevent disease. It should be likened to a door hinge, which will never decay." Statements like these all emphasize the importance of exercise.

Of course, when exercising, we should keep in mind the principle that "too much is as bad as too little". Emphasize moderation and require perseverance. Only scientific and reasonable exercise can effectively improve the body's metabolism, make various organs full of vitality, and thus delay the aging of various organs.

Facing the concept of "life lies in movement", everyone should have new ideas, new practices, new concepts and new outlooks that suit them. If they can do so, they will live a long and healthy life, which will be a blessing for their family, society and country.
