How to exercise muscles scientifically

Training should be comprehensive, so that the muscles trained can give people a sense of coordinated beauty.

First of all, you must develop a good habit of getting up forty to sixty minutes early in the morning. Second, after getting up in the morning, you can go out for a run until your body is slightly warm. This is a necessary preparation before daily morning exercise. Third, you can do radio gymnastics, or learn simple martial arts routines or basic martial arts movements. Note: when you are just starting to learn martial arts, don't seek to be similar in spirit, but be sure to pursue similarity in form. Only in this way can we ensure that every gesture and movement is in line with that of a martial artist.

Fourth, when you get up in the morning to exercise, take a deep breath and then roar to the sky as loudly as you can in one breath (this can exercise and improve your lung capacity and confidence). Do more exercises every day, such as jumping from the spot, jumping from the spot and raising the height, jumping with a running start, and jumping with a running start and raising the height (which can effectively make your body grow taller). If conditions permit, you can hang on the horizontal bar or parallel bars more often (it is better to reach and exceed the high school physical exercise standards).

Fifth, prepare a cup of boiled water before going to bed every day. The first thing to do after getting up in the morning is to add some hot water to the cold boiled water and drink it on an empty stomach. This can dilute the blood viscosity caused by sleep; second, it can improve the poor condition of insufficient blood and oxygen supply during physical exercise.

Of course, when exercising your muscles, your body's nutrition must also keep up. You must eat a full breakfast every day. You can eat tofu pudding or drink milk, or eat some eggs in the morning. You must pay attention to protein supplementation during the exercise process. Otherwise, no matter how you exercise, protein will not be supplemented and your muscles will not be able to show off.
