What is an effective way to slim down your thighs?

Sit on a chair with your lower back against the chair back, shoulders relaxed, and hands on your thighs. Lift your left knee, bend your knee naturally, let your calf hang down without exerting force, and maintain your body balance. Your thighs will gradually feel sore, and when you can't bear it anymore, lift your right foot instead, alternating between left and right.

Other methods

1. Cycling

1. Lie flat on your back, bend your legs and raise them 45 degrees.

2. Alternately extend and retract your legs. (This posture is like the movement of your feet when riding a bicycle)

3. Step forward and keep your feet about 30-60 degrees off the ground. Maintain this position for 5 minutes.

The trick is to bend your knees without bending your back muscles. Then gently return to the original position. This action takes about 3 seconds. When you first start doing it, aim to do it 3 times in 10 seconds. Then speed up after you get used to it.

You can choose any of the above methods. Many people think that the second method is the most comprehensive, the first method is the most effective, and the third method has the highest technical content. You can try it!

The first two methods only require a chair to complete the actions, which shows that it is relatively convenient to effectively slim down your thighs. However, this is not an effect that can be achieved in one go. It also requires years of accumulation to achieve the effect.
