The appropriate speed is twice per second. The number of movements depends on personal physical fitness. Jump for 3-5 minutes, about 120 times per minute. ⑤ Prone-lying and leg-pushing exercise: Support yourself with your hands on the ground as if in a push-up position, then pull in your abdomen and legs; without moving your upper body, straighten your legs and push them back at the same time; do 3-5 sets depending on your age, 15 reps per set.
