3 Use your entire palm to push the fat toward your chest. Push obliquely from the left upper abdomen to the right chest. The same is true on the other side. To avoid getting stuck in the ribs during the fat movement, push the right upper abdomen toward the left chest and the left upper abdomen toward the right chest in a cross-movement manner.

STEP 3 Easily get a charming butt

This is an exercise to firm the upper buttocks. When the bulge of the buttocks is lifted, it will also make the legs look longer. While doing this exercise, please imagine an attractive, perky butt.

1 Lie on the ground with your forehead touching the ground and your legs open to shoulder width. Place your palms on both sides of your waist with your fingertips facing your legs. Open your legs to shoulder width!

2 Keep your forehead on the ground, count to 4 seconds and slowly lift your legs. After lifting to the limit, stay for 4 seconds.

3. Keep your legs open, count to 8 seconds and then slowly lower your legs. 1~3 is a complete set of movements, do it 3 times in total
