Vital capacity reflects the lung function of the human body. The human body can only maintain life and continue daily life and study normally by increasing vital capacity. If the vital capacity is not good, it means that the body cannot effectively expel waste gas and exhale oxygen, which will lead to insufficient oxygen supply to various organs of the body and typical symptoms of hypoxia. Generally speaking, the older you are, the worse your lung capacity is. Therefore, you should improve your lung capacity and exercise your lung function when you are young. You can increase it through physical exercise, which is described in detail below. The requirements of the exercise are: "Relax your whole body, breathe in and out slowly, exhale completely, inhale three times and exhale once, inhale enough, and let the qi sink into your dantian." The key is to "exhale completely" and "inhale fully". Stand naturally, relax your whole body, and slowly exhale the air in your lungs. At the end of exhaling, contract your abdomen forcefully to expel all the air in your lungs. When you can't inhale anymore for the first time, hold your breath for 3 seconds. At this time, you will feel the air sinking into your lower abdomen. Then take a second breath, and then hold your breath for 3 seconds. Then take a third breath, until you have inhaled enough and can't inhale anymore, then exhale slowly. This is the method of three inhales and one exhale. The three-breath method can activate the normally inactive alveoli, thereby relatively increasing lung capacity. "Qi sinking into Dantian" means to feel the degree of expansion of your abdomen when you inhale the maximum amount of air. When you first practice, the abdomen may bulge above the navel. After a period of practice, the abdomen below the navel will also bulge. Finally, you can practice until the lower abdomen above the pubic bone is completely bulged. At this time, the amount of air inhaled by the lungs has reached the maximum. The ancient Chinese called this "Qi sinking into Dantian." Practice this exercise once a day, 36 breaths each time, which takes about 15 minutes. You can practice it during your vocal practice time, or you can practice it at any time. This exercise takes about a month and generally meets the requirements. You can practice it frequently in the future to consolidate your breathing ability. This breathing method originated from the "tranquility and breathing" technique used by the ancient Taoists in the cultivation of both sex and life. Regular practice can not only increase lung capacity, but also promote blood circulation due to the increased oxygen supply, thereby enhancing physical strength. Generally speaking, doing some chest expansion and aerobic exercise can increase lung capacity, but the method must be appropriate, the intensity must be determined according to the body's condition, and the duration cannot be too long, otherwise the body cannot bear it. Swimming and playing ball are also very good ways to improve lung capacity. The important thing is to persist and not give up halfway. After exercise, you should avoid being blown by the wind to avoid catching a cold. |
